I wrote my first book – Executive Engineering – to help CTOs unlock the potential of their existing teams and increase product velocity. It’s for anyone who leads engineers and needs to do more with less on a tight timeline.
When I’m available I love to speak to teams or provide support for engineering leaders.
When not doing work-y stuff I can be found singing acapella, dancing, and exploring the East Bay on bike.
